This is a rewarding opportunity to put your organisational skills to use. Reporting directly to the Director Shire Performance, you will provide executive administration support, coordinating schedules and priorities and preparing high-level documents. You will undertake the position duties with integrity and professionalism whilst demonstrating clear and concise communication. To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria: Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards at all times Advanced written and verbal communication skills, and the facilitation of positive collaborative working relationships Ability to provide high level customer service to internal and external customers in unusual or complex situations. Ability to evaluate a variety of issues in complicated situations, including issue/incident investigation and adaptive thinking. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for system and process improvements including the development and implementation of agreed improvements. Tertiary Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent; and or demonstrated extensive relevant experience.
