Samantha Taylor PSM is the Independent Review Officer. The Officer is supported by an expert team. The statutory functions of the IRO include to: find solutions for persons injured at work or in motor vehicle accidents with complaints about their insurers; manage and administer the Independent Legal Assistance and Review Service (ILARS); conduct inquiries into matters arising in connection with the operation of the Personal Injury Commission Act 2020 and the workers’ compensation and motor vehicle accident legislation. A basic knowledge of NSW workers compensation system is desirable Key accountabilities Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, administrative support of Resolve system and support the effective operations team. Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures Respond to enquiries and escalate and redirect issues as required Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible About You We are looking for someone who has (but not essential): Experience working in a high-volume data entry/processing environment Good attention to detail Worked with CRM case management systems Dealing with processing invoices and accounts Basic understanding of medical terminology Past experience with workers compensation What we need from you: To start your journey towards joining our Team please click on the link below and attach your resume (max 5 pages) and cover letter (max 2 pages).
