We’re seeking a Workplace Experience Concierge to join our Property Management team at a leading health precinct. This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same. From welcoming tenants and visitors, to coordinating events and supporting facilities, you’ll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of the community. What You’ll Be Doing Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and the community – always approachable, professional and welcomingMaintain a polished and vibrant lobby, ensuring it reflects the identity of the precinctCoordinate concierge services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering and local recommendationsPlan and deliver lobby activations, events and seasonal experiences that build community connectionSupport the property and facilities team with inspections, contractor access and day-to-day coordination What We’re Looking For A confident communicator who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys building rapportStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional servicePrevious experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience or facilities coordinationExperience in placemaking / marketing desirableInterest or experience in health and digital innovation will be highly regarded Why CBRE ISPT?
