The Quality Associate is responsible for all Quality related tasks, including maintenance of environmental monitoring regime and in process QC checks. Main Tasks & Responsibilities: MCRGs Environmental Monitoring with onsite pharmaceutical grade B clean rooms Batch release of terminally sterilised product and collation of batch records. Participation in internal audit program, 2nd party customer audits and 3rd party regulatory audits. Calibration activities for all technical equipment, gauges, and critical monitoring devices, both internal and external. Perform experimental/project work to further continuous improvement/Change initiatives and prepare written reports. Carry out in-house training of QA/QC related processes for relevant staff. Involved with Document control (review and update Standard operating procedures accordingly) Quality Assurance activities where required Key Skills and Experience Required: Minimum two years’ experience in a similar pharmaceutical quality related role QA systems knowledge Strong analytical skills Strong attention to detail High ability to prioritize and organise your tasks Well-developed communication skills, dealing with both external and internal stakeholders Intermediate to advanced computer skills If this position sounds like the role for you, we look forward to receiving your application.
