Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of 4mation’s clients. Your role is to foster strong, long-term relationships, ensure client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and deliver consistent value. You will combine commercial acumen with a technology background to provide strategic guidance and ensure our clients get the most from their partnership with 4mation. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth & RetentionAchieve annual upsell revenue targets within your portfolio.Identify upsell opportunities to increase billable hours and/orIdentify cross-sell opportunities in other business process support. Examples include Customer Service Desk, Technical Support, Finance Teams and back-office work.Maintain less than 5% revenue churn across accounts. Any churn exceeding this may be offset by achieving above-target upsell revenue. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to identify opportunities, highlight risks, and deliver measurable value to clients.Understand client needs, challenges, and strategic goals to proactively deliver solutions. Issue Resolution & Internal CollaborationWork closely with internal teams (delivery, tech, and leadership) to resolve client challenges quickly and effectively.Ensure smooth communication across departments to deliver an excellent client experience. Commercial & Strategic InsightIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services, projects, and products.Monitor account performance, client health, and satisfaction scores to mitigate risks.Report on account metrics, including revenue growth, churn, and opportunity pipeline. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.Experience in account management, client success, or business development within the technology consultancy or IT services industry.Strong understanding of technology solutions and consultancy delivery models.Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and retaining clients.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.Proactive, solution-focused, and commercially minded with strong negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
