6-Month Contract $250 -$300 daily rate Sydney CBD We are seeking an experienced and motivated Collections Officer , this role plays a key part in supporting customers with overdue accounts, while working within a high-volume, contact centre-style environment. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers with overdue, over limit or overdrawn accounts Work with customers to set up suitable payment arrangements or obtain promises to pay Identify financial hardship indicators and refer customers to the appropriate internal support teams Initiate legal action where appropriate, in line with policy and procedures Support account remediation and administrative tasks as needed Requirements Previous experience in financial services or a contact centre environment is essential Proven ability to manage high call volumes (approximately 150 calls per day) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive customer conversations with empathy and professionalism Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment Apply Now!
