Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Regional Manager to lead and drive sales performance across our New South Wales, Queensland and ACT regions. In this exciting new role, you will l ead, mentor, and implement strategies, supporting our store leadership teams to optimise performance and maintain operational excellence. As a key leader, you will shape a positive, customer-focused culture to drive success across your retail portfolio. You will oversee operational performance, sales, and profitability to ensure every store consistently meets its business goals. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will – Oversee all aspects of store performance, including sales, profitability, and operational standards to align with strategic goals. Proactively lead, coach, and develop the store leadership teams to enhance their skills and capabilities. Create and foster a customer-centric culture that builds brand loyalty and drives sales to achieve budget targets and KPIs. Act as a key liaison between stores and head office, ensuring clear communication and feedback in both directions. Oversee regional budgets, cost controls, and store expenses to maintain profitability targets. Analyse store data and people metrics to manage risks and identify opportunities for growth. Roll out company-wide initiatives, acting as a change champion to ensure seamless implementation across the region. Promote and foster OHS across all retail stores and ensuring team compliance to all V&W policies, procedures and standards. Desired Skills And Experience YOU WILL BRING: Minimum 4 years of experience in a Retail Management role managing multiple locations, preferably in the fashion industry. Essential experience leading retail employees across multiple regions. Highly skilled in building exceptional customer experiences within a luxury retail environment. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of retail systems including analytics, rostering, and stock management (Kepler Analytics and AP21 are preferable). Experience with managing budgets and financials to optimise profit. Exceptional project planning and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and cyclical environment. A Certificate in Business/Retail Management/Administration or similar is well regarded but not essential. Ability to regularly travel locally and interstate. We Will Offer You A competitive salary.
