We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join on a 12 month FTC role within the public sector, being involved in various end to end systems projects. This role is based in Burwood East and involves collaborating with both business & technical teams to support various SDLC projects. Description Work with business & technical stakeholders to develop as-is & to-be process models. Support change management activities. Manage & participate in Quality Assurance activities, supporting the management of test plans. Work with the business stakeholder to develop or revise business prolicies & processes. Profile Experience as a Business Analyst working on software delivery projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in documenting business processes and technical requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Experience with ServiceNow (highly desirable). Government experience (nice to have).
