Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met. Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Manage departmental budgets, supply inventory, and cost control. Uphold strict health, hygiene, and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Maintenance) to ensure seamless guest service. Respond to guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures. Monitor and report on housekeeping performance, occupancy needs, and staffing levels. Support onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing staff. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
