Job Description Hyde Melbourne Place is looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team across our restaurant and events. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, develop menus and ensure the highest standard of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire and mentor the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards. Develop seasonal, innovative menus that reflect Hyde’s brand Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including food quality, costing and inventory Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Drive efficiency while maintaining creativity and quality.
