Lune Lab is Lune’s exclusive pastry experience — a multi-course croissant tasting menu served at the Lune Lab bar, where guests watch chefs create experimental pastries in real time inside “The Cube.” It’s immersive, theatrical, and has been one of the most in-demand pastry experiences in Sydney. This October–November, we’re taking Lune Lab into the evening. Over six nights only, Rosebery will host a unique after-dark edition of our iconic pastry experience — paired with cocktails, coffee and polished service.
