Job Description Reporting to the Director of People & Culture you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the People & Culture function for the Hotel. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for driving and fostering a positive work environment across the Hotel, and will work closely with our leadership team to deliver a broad range of People & Culture functions. In this role you will work alongside our leaders supporting them in end to end recruitment and will provide support and coaching on people management skills such as performance management, IR compliance and HIGA interpretation. You will be responsible for facilitating and managing our teams learning and development outcomes, coordinating our work, health and safety committee, and will be the Hotel’s dedicated return to work coordinator. Additionally, you will also contribute to the planning and activation of our team engagement activities ensuring our team is celebrated and appreciated regularly.
