Provide direct operational management including supervision, guidance and mentoring to Senior Youth Justice Officers in their daily supervision of Youth Justice Officers caring for young people. This role provides development of skills and practice to ensure that the needs of young people are met within a secure, culturally safe and therapeutic setting in accordance with the Model of Care and relevant legislation
