Your Role: As a CFC Key Worker, you will: Provide direct support to families and young people accessing the CFC Conduct strengths-based assessments and coordinate culturally appropriate referral pathways Facilitate centre-based activities, early intervention programs, and small community forums Build and maintain strong partnerships with external services to support advocacy and engagement Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance in line with CAAPS policies Promote a safe, inclusive, and developmentally supportive environment for children and families Contribute to quality improvement and uphold WHS standards What You’ll Bring: Cert III/IV in Community Services, Aboriginal Primary Health Care, or equivalent (or working toward) Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, youth, and communities Understanding of trauma-informed and culturally safe practices Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with diverse populations Strong communication, facilitation, and administrative skills Commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and willingness to undergo screening Knowledge of local community issues, especially those affecting the Stolen Generations Highly Regarded: Experience delivering early intervention and prevention programs Lived or professional experience with challenges faced by Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples Group facilitation experience and ability to support community engagement If you are interested in this opportunity, apply now or give Rell Werner a call on 08 8982 1047 to find out more.
