Key Responsibilities: Assist across all phases of the development lifecycle – from feasibility and acquisitions to delivery and settlementCoordinate planning applications, manage consultant inputs, and monitor development approvalsTrack budgets, cash flow, and key project milestonesSupport sales and marketing processes, including purchaser management and settlementsLiaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to keep projects movingAssist with construction phase activities including site reviews, issue resolution and documentation Why Join?
