Brix Projects are currently on the hunt for an experienced Site Manager to work with a Top Tier construction company on a major project. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing High Rise Residential projects with Multi-Class 2 experience . This will be a permanent part-time full-time position with the opportunity to work across large scale projects. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, focusing on maintaining project schedules, budgets, and the highest quality standards. Carry out regular and meticulous site inspections to quickly address any issues. Coordinate a network of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and main contractors. Prepare site reports and manage site cost control. Oversee all site safety in accordance with OH&S guidelines. The successful candidate must have: Experience supervising projects valued at $10Mil from start to finish. At least 5 years site management experience Proficient in interpreting project plans, specifications, and drawings.
