About the Opportunity At TBH, we are growing faster than ever, expanding in Australia and internationally. As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Consultant, with demonstrated quantity surveying or cost management experience. As our Senior Cost Consultant you’ll be responsible for; Delivering cost management services pre and post contract; Provide technical support to other employees; Engage with clients and stakeholders on various construction projects throughout the project lifecycle; Developing, securing and delivering new business opportunities; Leading and mentoring junior employees. What you’ll Bring As our successful candidate you’ll bring: 7 years\' post graduate experience in quantity surveying or cost management roles; Relevant Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent; Working towards or have achieved MRICS or AIQS; Demonstrated experience in pre-construction feasibilities and cost planning; Experience in contract administration including change management on projects; High proficiency in commercial management and interpretation of cost data; Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to develop, mentor and coach team members; Experience engaging directly with clients and managing client expectations including building and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all project stages; Proven exposure to Health, Road, Rail and infrastructure sectors; Experience in using tools such as CostX and PowerBi; Cost dispute experience highly regarded; Previous experience in a consultancy setting is highly regarded.
