Job description As a Formwork Engineer, you will be an instrumental part of the team ensuring project objectives are met working closely with the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Estimators and Administration Team. Key Responsibilities of the Role Complete engineered suspended formwork deck marking set out plans with accompanying materials lists and schedules for delivery to site Complete steel reinforcing schedules with accompanying marking plans Lead and manage projects in alignment with the company’s strategic goals Track provided project schedules to ensure timely delivery Identify challenges and implement solutions to optimize operational performance Monitoring of available material stocks within the company including locations and liaising with Project manager for order of new materials when required. Coordinate and monitor provided delivery timelines for project-related material schedules Prepare, maintain, and complete required site documentation and project reports Contribute to the development and refinement of project management plans Support the tendering and quoting process with accurate and timely input Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams as needed What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in formwork, structural steel, or construction engineering Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Advanced ability to read and interpret construction drawings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to support Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Estimating Team, and Accounts and Admin team. Proficiency in estimating software — experience with Cubit and Bluebeam is highly desirable Requirements Full Working rights Construction White Card Valid Australian Drivers Licence Excellent English – Confident to talk with team, clients & suppliers.
