An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Campaign & Partnerships Manager to join a high-impact marketing team delivering short-term loyalty campaigns across the Pacific region. These programs have become a key lever for retailers to build customer connection, grow share of wallet and shape long-term behaviour. This is a dynamic, full-time role based in Sydney, blending brand licensing, strategic campaign planning and multi-channel marketing . You'll help design and deliver retail promotions that make everyday shopping more rewarding—without identifying the business, we can promise you’ll be working with some of the most recognisable consumer brands in the world. What you'll be doing Reporting to a senior marketing leader, you’ll manage the development and rollout of loyalty campaigns across multiple markets. Key responsibilities include: Leading campaign planning and execution—from concept to store launch Creating engaging promotions including digital apps, collectibles, reward programs and community-led activations Aligning campaign assets with brand and licensing requirements Building integrated marketing plans across online, in-store, and media Collaborating with external partners and internal teams to deliver on campaign KPIs Using shopper insights, trends and post-campaign data to refine future programs About you You’re a creative, commercially minded marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning ideas into engaging campaigns. You bring: 5 years experience in FMCG, retail, shopper marketing, promotions, or licensing Experience developing campaigns across multiple channels (ATL, BTL, digital) Strong stakeholder management and confident communication skills Passion for brand storytelling, consumer trends and cultural moments A hands-on approach with the ability to manage timelines, agencies and approvals Why this role?
