About The Job Smokeball is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help tell our story. You’ll be a pivotal driver of our go-to-market strategy, crafting compelling value propositions and ensuring our products stand out in a competitive marketplace. Marketing Insight: Gather and deliver audience and industry insights to shape buyer personas, market segmentation, and marketing strategies. Strategic Positioning: Develop clear, distinctive value propositions aligned with buyer needs throughout the customer lifecycle. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional GTM teams to ensure program alignment and successful product launches, guiding content, tactics, and messaging for GTM stakeholders. Content Creation: Create content that contributes to marketing qualified leads and commercial goals. Enablement: Partner with sales and client enablement teams to develop materials that support selling and delivery of new products and features. Product Expertise: Become a Smokeball product suite expert, understanding differentiators, clients, and competitors. Cross-Functional Marketing: Collaborate across GTM teams to drive cross-channel marketing efforts and achieve commercial objectives. Your Experience Experience in Enterprise SaaS or technology products; professional services knowledge (e.g., accounting, legal, financial services) is a bonus. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects. Demonstrated use of client insights and market research for strategic decision-making. Strong analytical skills with understanding of ROI and cost-benefit analysis. Innovative problem solver with a strong desire to learn. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to translate complex product terminology into simple language. Exceptional communication skills. Minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience (SaaS/tech background preferred).
