Manage accounts, budgets, and forecasts with strong commercial oversight. Drive organic growth and support new business opportunities. Qualifications and Skills At least 8 years of relevant experience in communications marketing and/or related fields, with significant expertise in social media strategy, influencer marketing, and digital communications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — active listening, cultural fluency, and the ability to read the room with clients, creators, and colleagues. Confidence in presenting and selling integrated social, influencer, and digital ideas, content strategies, and creative solutions. Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and engage the right internal and external specialists for campaign needs. Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and channels while maintaining high-quality delivery. High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, with a deep understanding of audience behaviours in the digital space. Strong commercial judgment and ability to link creative ideas to measurable business outcomes. Forward-thinking and adaptable, with a passion for staying ahead of platform innovations, creator economy trends, and emerging technologies. Openness to constructive feedback and commitment to continuous professional growth. In-depth understanding of industry specialty areas, digital ecosystems, and cross-channel integration.
