What You’ll Do Drive engineering decisions and platform solutions that align with long-term strategic architecture. Ensure platforms and services are designed for resilience, scalability, and performance. Identify and lead automation and optimisation initiatives focused on cost, availability, and efficiency. Oversee large-scale platform implementations from design to production, maintaining quality documentation and processes. Collaborate and share knowledge with engineers and stakeholders to foster capability, innovation, and agility. What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience in large enterprise environments, applying Agile and Lean practices to deliver complex solutions. Proven expertise with public cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) and strong experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift). Solid understanding of FinOps practices and experience in cloud cost optimisation within multi-cloud environments. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive change and foster collaboration across teams.
