Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleKey ResponsibilitiesAIX System Management:Install, configure, and maintain AIX operating systems on IBM Power Systems.Manage LPARs, VIO servers, and PowerVM virtualization.Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies.Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for deployments and integrations. iSeries (IBM i) & pSeries Administration:Manage IBM iSeries & pSeries environments including OS upgrades, PTFs, and job scheduling.Support DB2/400, CLLE, RPGLE, and system security configurations.Maintain BRMS backups and high availability solutionsEnsure compliance with audit and security standards. SME Leadership:Provide SME input into operationsParticipate in on-call rotation and provide L3 escalation support.Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge base development. Your ProfileRequired Skills & Experience:Experience in AIX and iSeries system administration.Strong knowledge of PowerHA, NIM, LVM, HMC, and SAN/NAS integration.Proficiency in scripting for automation.Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.Experience in regulated environments (e.g., banking) preferred.Certifications: IBM Certified System Administrator – AIX / IBM i (preferred).
