The Opportunity We are seeking a Manager, Sector Programs and Partnerships to join our Community & Customer Experience team and contribute to shaping the future of Indigenous economic empowerment by supporting the delivery of innovative sector initiatives and partnerships. As part of a team committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement, you will work closely with stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of IBA’s products and services across communities. About the role The Manager, Sector Programs and Partnerships, reports to and supports the Director, Community and Customer Experience to support IBA's Products & Markets Programs (Business Solutions, Home Ownership and Investments & Asset Management) by leading the design, delivery and strategic management of sector-facing initiatives to create impact for our customers and communities. This position will also be responsible for delivering program partnerships, ensuring alignment with IBA’s Partnership Framework, governance standards, and IBA Strategy. What you’ll bring to the team Awareness and understanding of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander societies and culture. Ability to liaise and communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff. Highly developed written communication skills and experience. Sound time management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a challenging environment. Ability to lead projects and influence team performance. Demonstrated experience to design and deliver capability building products and services that support the sustainability of the Indigenous business and community sectors.
