Due to on-going growth we currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and driven Supervisor/ Manager to join our Private Business Family Advisory division. The Role You will become a part of a fast-growing business unit and as a member of our cross-border tax team, you will work with a client base of individuals, family groups, and global mobility corporate clients. You will provide high-touch, value-added support to clients, working directly with clients and senior leaders. Your client portfolio will include Australians relocating to work in the US, as well as US citizens living long-term in Australia. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing tax return preparation and team workflow, including mentoring junior staff; Researching and drafting technical advice; Being the first point of contact for clients via email and phone; Cold calls with potential new clients and working on client proposals; Managing billing and invoicing for clients; We will empower you with the right tools and training to provide clients with global tax support that covers both jurisdictions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate and mentor our offshore team in end-to-end preparation of US & Australian individual tax returns. We are particularly looking for: A growth mindset and eagerness to learn Experience working in US tax; Tertiary qualification in a related discipline; Proven commitment to client service and relationship building; Strong attention to detail and high-quality client deliverables Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Candidates who have experience in both Australian and US individual taxes will be highly valued, however international candidates with experience in US tax are also encouraged to apply. The salary range for the role is $110,000- $135,000 inclsivve of supperannuation. We offer relocation and visa support for candidates currently based outside of Australia.
