The RoleAs the Finance Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in the company's financial operations. Working alongside the Financial Controller you will lead a team of accountants to ensure seamless daily accounting processes and accurate financial information. Key responsibilities include: Accounting Operations & Compliance:Oversee journal entries and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.Manage critical accounting processes, including revenue recognition, prepayments, accruals, provisions, and asset management.Period-End Closing & Reporting:Lead month-end activities such as reconciliations, adjustments, and ledger reviews.Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) and support compliance with reporting standards.Intercompany Accounting:Facilitate intercompany reconciliation and resolve discrepancies efficiently across multiple stakeholders.Financial Reporting Support:Assist in generating internal financial reports and audit documentation, working closely with various teams for decision-making insights.Process Improvement:Drive initiatives to streamline accounting systems, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure the quality of finance master data.Cash Flow Management:Supervise cash flow forecasting processes and recommend improvements for enhanced accuracy.
