Brightstar Resources (ASX: BTR) owns and operates the Second Fortune and Fish Gold Mines in the Laverton Goldfields region of Western Australia, with projects extending across Laverton, Menzies, and Sandstone. Joining our rapidly expanding finance team in the heart of Subiaco on a 6 month fixed term, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function and transactional processing across key finance areas including:Entry of invoices into the ERP systemProcessing of employee expense claims and credit card expensesCoordination and preparation of bi-monthly supplier payment runsMonitoring and actioning the Accounts Payable email inboxReconciliation of supplier statements and liaison with suppliersAssistance with preparation of monthly BAS You will have previous experience in an accounts payable role (preferably in the mining industry), strong attention to detail, and proficiency in the Microsoft office suite. Working experience in Pronto and/or Xero will be beneficial.
