What you’ll do Be the primary contact for a portfolio of real estate clients, building trusted, long-term relationships. Lead onboarding and deliver tailored training to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to drive measurable success. Represent the voice of the customer internally and share insights with product, engineering, and sales. Manage renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and achieve account growth targets. Monitor engagement metrics and proactively reduce churn. Stay across product updates, industry developments, and share best practices with clients. Collaborate with your team to continuously refine and improve our customer success approach. What we’re looking for Experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role (SaaS or real estate industry experience a plus). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive problem-solver who thrives on delivering value to clients. Comfortable presenting and delivering training both online and in-person (occasional travel may be required). Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and act on success metrics.
