About your role: Providing woman-centred, family-oriented evidence-based and contemporary postnatal care to women and their neonates. Maintain sound knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines and standards specifically relating to midwifery practice and ensure safe, appropriate application of same. Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning. Implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area.
