About your role: Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate health services to achieve organisational goals. Use information systems and incorporate data to identify trends and facilitate patient flow across the service. Accountable for providing sound professional leadership in dealing with significant issues related to assessment, planning, review, evaluation and coordination of service programs in a defined practice area for groups and individuals with diverse requirements.
