About your opportunity: In this position you will; Apply high level professional judgement and decision making to manage a complex rural generalist caseload in areas such as psychosocial assessments, short- and long-term case management, counselling, and crisis intervention in the context of community health social work Collaborate in cross cultural liaison and consultation frameworks with government and non-government service providers to sustain and improve health outcomes. Provide professional supervision to less experienced social work practitioners and provide clinical support and education to less experienced staff, students and multidisciplinary staff.
