As a Principal Business Analyst, you will collaborate with technical teams, data engineers, and business SMEs to elicit, validate, and prioritise system and reporting requirements that enable effective workforce decision-making. You will analyse business and system processes to identify automation, integration, or reporting improvements, supporting the design and implementation of scalable, sustainable ICT products through a system lens. Additionally, you will facilitate structured workshops and working groups to extract functional, non-functional, and privacy-related requirements. Role Fit : Proven ability to analyse complex data and system issues, eliciting and documenting technical and functional requirements to develop innovative, user-focused solutions that translate business needs into actionable outcomes. Advanced skills problem-solving, performance measurement, and critical evaluation, with demonstrated experience in developing and refining KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to support operational and strategic outcomes. Demonstrated ability to work across integrated systems and tools to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
