Description Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable functions, including 3-way matching, payment runs, and reconciliations Build strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely issue resolution Ensure compliance with internal controls, GST requirements, and manufacturing-specific procurement policies Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to support operational efficiency Partner with supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to support production continuity and cost controls Profile 5 years' Accounts Payable experience Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes, including reconciliations and payment runs Experience with Microsoft D365 and intermediate Excel skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and problem solving Job Offer Permanent role within a stable and growing retail organisation.
