The Opportunity We are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the finance team and play a pivotal role in delivering insights, performance reporting, and commercial analysis that support business growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible role where you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide data-driven insights and enable better decision-making during a period of change and diversification. Key Responsibilities Prepare, analyse, and distribute financial and commercial performance reporting. Deliver insights that support pricing, sales, and operational decisions. Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify opportunities and risks. Rationalise and automate reporting frameworks, improving efficiency and accuracy. Build dashboards and performance metrics that provide real-time business visibility. Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support new projects and initiatives. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. About You Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (CPA/CA desirable but not essential). 5 years’ experience in commercial finance, analysis, or business partnering. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, lookups), with experience streamlining and automating reporting (eg: Power BI, Tableau, etc).
