Responsibilities and Deliverables You will orchestrate new partner enablement, hand-holding and shadowing and be the initial point of contact for all partner solution and technical queries. Your responsibilities & deliverables as a Regional Partner Engagement Manager will include, but are not limited to: • Work closely with Regional Partner leadership across Asia Pacific to ensure that the needs of partners are understood and met • Manage multiple stakeholders internally (Engagement Team) and externally, mobilizing from presales subject matter experts, product management, sales, partners, customer success and services teams. The Engagement Team is a matrixed team, by nature virtual and dynamic • Ensure that the qualification and partner enablement assets are relevant to our Partners, and guide our Partners through the pre-sales enablement process • Provide critical input and questioning from a partner perspective to ensure best coverage of their needs • Ensure alignment of the engagement team on a consistent and up to date messaging all along the engagement • Ensure consistency and coherency in the way our solutions, architecture and associated value benefits are presented to our partners and their customers. • Identify risks and build appropriate mitigation plans and point of escalation to drive partner engagement to a successful closure • Recommend and document new approaches that will result in improving our partner organization • Work with the Regional Partner Leadership and global engagement management team to share learning and improve our best practice Required Experience and qualifications: The role requires you to lead external partner engagement and work collaboratively to be successful. You are expected to have a strong experience in the financial software industry, show a deep understanding of the business and buying processes of financial institutions, and have exposure to managing partner onboarding. We are looking for a candidate with following experience and qualifications: • Required experience of 10 years in pre-sales, account / partner / stakeholder engagement, business development and solution consulting in the Financial Services Industry • Extensive knowledge of working in a software vendor environment and understanding of product life cycle management • Working experience in Core Banking, Digital Banking, Cash Management and Corporate Banking - payments and syndicated lending experience is a bonus • Strong exposure to dealing with regional and global partners. • Ability to understand partner & customer business drivers and the synergies with the proposed solution • Demonstrated skills of working collaboratively in a large cross-functional environment • Multi-team program management experience in a field / sales function is desirable • Familiarity with current, emerging technologies and enabling key success factors for cloud transformation • Ability to proactively resolve conflicts efficiently, removing barriers to the pursuit of the engagements, ensuring all stakeholders are progressing on the same path • Ability to demonstrate accountability and commitment by making sound decisions • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize work in a demanding, fast-paced environment • Ability to work with empathy and integrity, and to foster positive relations internally and externally • Ability to guide, lead and influence both partner and internal leadership team and key stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
