Job Description The Graduate Data Operations Analyst is a key support role in Experian’s Open Data Solutions team, reporting to the Data Operations Manager of the Look Who’s Charging product. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to join our team as we scale. The role involves managing timely flow of data, day-to-day operations and liaising closely with key stakeholders. Work that matters - What you’ll be doing Conduct extensive web research and contribute to the enrichment and governance of the merchant data asset. Perform high-volume data entry and validation with strong attention to detail, supporting data quality and consistency. Manage Quality Assurance tasks, including offshore team assessments, and provide coaching and technical support to overseas teams. Provide ongoing support for accuracy and data completeness of key data assets. Assist with reporting and data analysis to support new business opportunities, existing client needs, and internal data initiatives. Apply data wrangling techniques to clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis and operational use. Build effective cross-functional relationships across technical, client support, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution. Support documentation and continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
