Location: Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney Position Type: Ongoing | Full-time Salary: $94,563-$105,909 THE OPPORTUNITY The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is looking to fill multiple Technical Coordination roles across various teams within Intelligence and Information Division (IISD), including Infrastructure Operations, Technical Services and Digital Delivery Coordination. These roles perform important coordination effort across IISD to support the successful enablement of law enforcement, intelligence, research and corporate information systems and services to police officers, partner agencies and the ACIC. Role responsibilities As a Technical Coordination Officer you will: Coordinate the delivery of managed activities in alignment with IISD’s quarterly business plan and against agreed milestones; Active risk and issue management, and liaison with key partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of managed activities; Draft business and strategic planning documentation; Prepare and management of correspondence and reports; Assist with cost estimates and analysis; Coordinate team functions to support delivery of IISD’s mandate. Works collaboratively and contributes positively within dynamic team environments; Provides high-level executive and administrative support, including coordination of technical activities, resource and records management, scheduling, and planning functions; Displays resilience and flexibility in managing competing priorities and adapting to change, maintaining performance and focus in high-tempo environments; Supports procurement and contract management processes, contributing to the coordination and execution of related activities; Builds and maintains productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgement, tact and influence to navigate differing views and priorities. Facilitates workshops and meetings to progress agreed workplans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
