Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the schedule for both the Chief Human Resource Officer and General Manager, Human Resources Australia, including diary and appointment management. Coordinate meetings, events, and functions, ensuring professional preparation of agendas and business papers. Represent the Chief Human Resource Officer by welcoming visitors, managing correspondence, and responding to inquiries. Arrange corporate travel and meetings, including developing itineraries and booking accommodations. Assist with the delivery and closure of actions for the Board and relevant Committees. Process and reconcile expense accounts and invoices for the Chief Human Resource Officer and Management team members. Maintain an effective filing and document management system. Contribute to departmental communication by preparing and editing articles, designing presentations, and distributing information. Support key Human Resource team members by advising on historical precedents and serving as a liaison between employees and the Chief Human Resource Officer. To be successful in the role, you will have 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, providing senior-level support. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, MS Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines. Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, or a relevant discipline.
