The Role As the Senior Asset/Property Manager, you’ll step into a pivotal position managing a diverse portfolio. You’ll be trusted with autonomy while having the backing of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of a commercial-focused portfolio Lease preparation, renewals, rent reviews & disclosure statements Budgeting, outgoings reconciliations & arrears management Building strong landlord & tenant relationships Coordinating repairs, maintenance & compliance (AFSS, WHS, insurance) Conducting inspections & preparing detailed reports Providing insightful financial oversight & monthly reporting The Person You’re a confident and ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With your commercial property knowledge and strong business acumen, you’ll be able to take ownership of a large portfolio and deliver exceptional outcomes.
