We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the operational and strategic coordination of the principal’s property portfolio and private household to ensure functionality and efficiency. This is a ‘hands-on’, dynamic role requiring excellent project co-ordination, staff leadership, and the ability to ensure exceptional service standards across multiple assets. We are looking for a highly organised professional with extensive experience in UHNW estate and asset management who can oversee a major residential development project and manage a diverse team in a high-stakes environment. Responsibilities • Oversee the full migration into the newly constructed primary residence, ensuring a seamless process from final construction stage to occupancy.• Oversee co-ordination of fit-out of the property, reflecting the principal’s vision and adherence to ergonomic planning.• Recruitment, training and placement of staff to build a cohesive and professional team appropriate to the property and principal’s requirements.• Development of comprehensive operational systems for management of day-to-day operations, inventories, maintenance and logistics.• Sourcing and procurement of products, materials and services, negotiating contracts with suppliers, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.• Financial management including setting budgets, cash flow management, monitoring expenses and analysing financial reports.• Security and safety of property whilst upholding principal’s privacy and protection.• Comprehensive management of principal’s fleet of vehicles and motor bikes.• Regular reporting on operational status of assets with critical updates and forward planning.
