Duties: Lead the full property lifecycle including acquisitions, due diligence, development, management, and divestment. Oversee asset performance through leasing, financial management, and strategic planning. Build and lead a collaborative property team, fostering growth and accountability. Manage key stakeholder relationships across investors, tenants, consultants, and external partners. Identify new opportunities for growth and deliver innovative strategies to maximise portfolio performance. The skills and experience required for this role: Extensive experience across all aspects of property, including acquisitions, asset management, development, and disposals. Proven leadership experience managing property teams and driving performance. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver results in a competitive market.
