We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the company’s sales function and drive growth across Australia. This is a key leadership role with a seat on the executive team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a national sales strategy, bringing structure and discipline to the sales function, and growing a high-performing team. Working closely with marketing, operations, and product teams, you will ensure alignment across go-to-market activities and customer engagement. We are looking for a commercially savvy and hands-on sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will bring experience selling medical equipment, devices and/or consumables, with strong existing relationships across the private hospital sector, procurement teams, and healthcare networks. You will also offer best practise sales discipline, methodologies and frameworks to drive team performance and revenue. You must be comfortable negotiating with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and capable of navigating both complex tendering processes and day-to-day frontline engagement.
