This is a hybrid role that requires regular domestic travel to engage with customers, along with occasional international travel for sales meetings and training. Melbourne-based candidate is preferred to ensure optimal alignment with our business operations and customer coverage. Reporting to the Sector Sales Manager your role will involve promoting and selling our range of seed coatings and enhancements to customers within Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for maintaining and develop our Seed Enhancement portfolio and a strong emphasis will be on innovation and development of new business. This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and enthusiastic, sales-oriented candidate to join a leading and innovative company in our Seed Enhancement market sector. Requirements: The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Minimum 3 years commercial experience in the seed Industry Prior experience in Seeds, Seed treatment, and/or the agrochemical sector will be preferred Bachelors in agriculture or related scientific field preferred but not essential Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and enthusiastic Excellent and proactive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Capable of engaging with and supporting new product development initiatives Comfortable working independently and managing own workload effectively Full, unrestricted Australian driving license Willingness and ability to travel as required by the role Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residence and a valid passport will be essential requirements for this role.
