Build scenarios and identify opportunities to meet budget objectives. Forecasting & Budgeting Lead the forecasting and budgeting process with a strong focus on accuracy and insight. Track financial performance and drive data-led decision making through clear analysis. Performance & Month-End Insights Deliver insightful variance analysis, commentary, and performance tracking. Own monthly reporting packs and work cross-functionally to drive improvements. Inventory & Operations Support Champion inventory optimisation and support compliance with stocktake processes. Partner with store operations to ensure commercial strategies translate into front-line success. Property & CAPEX Oversee lease schedules, capex modelling, and support key investment decisions with robust financial analysis. Risk, Compliance & Audit Identify key risks, ensure compliance, and help maintain audit readiness across commercial functions. You're Likely a Match CA or CPA qualified with strong commercial instincts and operational awareness Experience in a fast-paced retail or trade environment Advanced financial literacy, strong modelling skills and the ability to distill complex insights Confident communicator - able to engage, influence and partner across all levels Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and retail systems (ERP, POS) What will set you apart?
