Your new role: As our next Showroom Sales Consultant , you’ll: Welcome builders, renovators, and retail customers into our Carrum Downs branch. Guide customers through bathroom, kitchen, and laundry product selections. Create quotes, process orders, and manage accounts. Build strong relationships with local builders, suppliers, and retail clients. Take a proactive sales approach, bringing in new business opportunities. Hours : Full-time, Mon–Fri 8:30am–4:30pm Saturday mornings (4 hrs, paid at overtime rates). What you’ll need to succeed: Showroom/trade sales experience (plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens, or related industries) OR a proven sales/account management background with a hunter mentality. A strong customer focus and solutions-based selling skills. Have an adaptable, “can do” mindset to support a small but high-performing team. A current driver’s licence and Australian working rights.
