You are: Sales-driven and passionate about helping your team exceed daily sales targets. Hands-on with staff coaching, providing daily feedback, guidance, and support. Skilled in store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and service standards. Available towork weekends as part of a regular Fri–Tue roster. The Role You’ll support the Sales Manager and your team in achieving outstanding sales results while keeping day-to-day store operations running like clockwork. Your focus will include: Working with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing winning strategies. Ensuring the store looks its best and runs smoothly — from counter service to stock management. Overseeing operational details such as rosters, merchandising, and inventory control. Coaching, inspiring, and developing your team to achieve individual and store targets. Building a positive, high-energy culture that motivates your team and delivers excellence to every customer.
