The Senior Administrative Officer – International Projects oversees the daily operations of the International Projects administration team. This role focuses on developing and enhancing administrative processes and procedures to support offshore initiatives, while ensuring compliance systems are effectively managed to meet all administrative requirements for international projects. In addition, the position plays an important role in supporting the Department’s Global Strategy, the Institute’s Strategic Plan, and Vision, ensuring that all activities align with Holmesglen’s commitment to quality. As a Senior Administrative Officer, you will: Develop, maintain, and improve administrative processes to support international projects, ensuring compliance with ASQA Standards for RTOs and related requirements. Coordinate and communicate regularly with offshore trainers, partners, and internal teams to support project delivery. Manage student administration tasks including enrolments, registrations, results recording, and awards within the international project programs. Oversee Holmesglen’s Learning Management System (LMS) for international projects, providing support and ensuring accurate documentation. Provide administrative and logistical support for international delegations, travel arrangements, and related enquiries. To be successful, you’ll have: Relevant degree or extensive related experience in project administration and compliance system management. Proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks with strong organisational and time management skills under tight deadlines. High proficiency in MS Office, database management, and desktop publishing to produce professional-quality documents. Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills with experience working effectively with offshore clients or student groups. Self-motivated, adaptable team player who takes accountability, embraces diversity, and contributes positively to team goals. WWCC and Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
