About the role The Strategic Business Development (SBD) directorate plays a key role in the strategic vision of the Court and Tribunal Services Division (CTS). The Projects and Planning team within SBD, is responsible for the management of a number of key initiatives and projects, including legislative and non-legislative reform. The Senior Project Officer position coordinates and leads on medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, providing specialist advice and analysis on project issues, both of a legislative and non-legislative nature. This includes identifying, documenting and managing the implementation of business improvements across CTS, proactively investigating and reporting on issues and potential risks to the success of projects, engaging and liaising with key stakeholders and business areas, and report writing to a high standard.
