This firm is home to one of the leading dispute resolution practices in the region, with a strong reputation for managing high-profile, high-stakes commercial litigation. The team regularly acts in class actions, regulatory investigations, securities law disputes, tax litigation and complex contract disputes. The practice is known for its deep industry knowledge, with a focus on clients in the banking and financial services, energy and resources, and infrastructure sectors. In Sydney, the litigation team includes highly regarded partners and experienced litigators who advise on some of the most significant disputes in the country. The team handles both domestic and cross-border matters, often collaborating across offices and jurisdictions. The team is commercial, strategic and client-driven, with a strong mentoring culture and a commitment to development, quality and innovation. Position Description In this role, you will work across a broad range of litigation matters, from class actions and regulatory enforcement to general commercial disputes. You will have the opportunity to take day-to-day responsibility for straightforward matters, while also supporting more senior lawyers on larger-scale and complex litigation. Your work will involve drafting and negotiating legal documentation, managing court processes, liaising with clients and counterparties, and contributing to strategic advice. You'll also be encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives and team training. Key Requirements You will be a litigation lawyer with 2–5 years' post-admission experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier firm or in-house.
