Based in Perth, this full-time role puts you right in the action, working alongside our Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Directors to support a diverse portfolio of emerging corporates. You’ll bring your financial smarts to the table, helping structure complex deals, analyse credit, and keep relationships strong. It’s fast-paced, future-focused, and full of opportunity. What do I need? We’re looking for someone who’s ready to step up and shape the future of relationship banking: A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce. CPA or CA certified—or on the path to getting there. Experience working with larger, more complex lending structures. Strong credit and risk analysis skills, with a sharp eye for detail. A natural communicator who builds trust and brings energy to every conversation. Why join us?
